Cancellation/No Show Policy

Private Lessons* Lesson Series, Club Fitting, Clinics and Camps

More than 24 hours’ notice – no charge
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of total fee and costs*
No Shows – 100% of total fees and costs

Lesson Series: Less than 24 hours’ notice, or no show – a lesson will be charged against a 4 or 8 lesson series.
Annual Members: the cancelled or no-show lesson will be charged against your total of 12 lessons.
Clinics and Camps: No pro-rated refund for no shows or day-of cancellations. We regret that we cannot offer a make-up session in case of illness.

Golf Schools

All transfers and cancellations must be made by calling 704-542-7635 9am-4:30pm Eastern Time Monday-Saturday. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula:

  • 30 Days prior to School: Full Deposit Refunded
  • 14-29 Days prior to School: 50% of Deposit Refunded
  • 1-13 Days prior to School: No Refunds

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including, but not limited to weather and personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a school early. No Transfers 0-13 days prior to any scheduled school or class. Transfers made 14-29 days prior to a Three Day School are subject to a $200 transfer fee (for each student), and the transfer fee is $150 each for a Two Day School. No Shows are Non-Refundable.

Reservation Confirmations, Payments and Deposits:

We do not currently offer online registration. All registrations must be completed by phone or in person at the Dana Rader Golf School. Submitting the pre-registration/form on our website will prompt golf school front office staff to call you to complete the registration. A confirmation letter will be sent once deposit is received, and/or when golf school staff confirms availability/booking for your Stay & Play package.

  • The deposit per person for a Three-Day School is $400.
  • The deposit per person for a Two-Day School is $250.
  • The deposit for Corporate Clinics/Events is 50% upon receipt of contract, with balance due 2 weeks prior to event.

Group Reservations:

If you are calling to make a group reservation, please provide all credit card numbers at the time of registration. Alternatively, have each individual in your group register separately.

Enrollments cannot be “held” without a deposit/full payment.

Full Payment Required at the time of reservation for:

  • Short Game School
  • Annual Program
  • Women’s Beginner AM and PM Clinics
  • Pee Wee Weekly, Junior Tours, Full and Half Day High School and Scoring Camps/Clinics, Summer Camps, LPGA*USGA Girls Golf
  • New2Golf
  • Get Golf Ready
  • New Golfer Next Steps

Golf School staff will send a confirmation letter for above programs, when payment is received.

Rain Policy:

Our facility has an indoor training room and covered all-weather hitting bays that are utilized in the event of inclement weather. We re-organize the schedule and replace outdoor activities with indoor training and classroom work with video analysis where appropriate. Any Golf School days missed due to extreme weather are beyond our control. However, every effort is made to schedule the missed time for the golfer while he/she is still in the vicinity. The student will be credited for instructional time missed based on the school schedule. No monetary refund.

In the unlikely event that Dana Rader Golf School has to cancel any school, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded within 14 days.
