CANCELLATION POLICY: 

All transfers and cancellations must be made by calling 704/542-7635 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.  If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula:

15+ Days Before School:                                                           Full Deposit Refunded
8-14 Days Before School:                                                     50% of Deposit Refunded
0-7 Days Before School:                                                                    No Refunds

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including, but not limited to weather and personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a school early.  Transfers made 8-14 days prior to class are subject to a $100.00 transfer fee.  No Transfers 0-7 days prior to class.   No Shows are Non-Refundable.
