Dana Rader Golf School accepts checks or money orders (payable to the Dana Rader Golf School), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Ballantyne Resort Gift Cards.

To pay by check or credit card, print out this form and send it, along with your check, or credit card type, number, expiration date, and signature, to:

Balance of fee is due at time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

All transfers and cancellations must be made by calling 704/542-7635 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.  If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula:

15+ Days Before School:                                                           Full Deposit Refunded
8-14 Days Before School:                                                     50% of Deposit Refunded
0-7 Days Before School:                                                                    No Refunds

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including, but not limited to weather and personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a school early.  Transfers made 8-14 days prior to class are subject to a $100.00 transfer fee.  No Transfers 0-7 days prior to class.   No Shows are Non-Refundable.
