Administrative Assistant

Hometown: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
Education: B.A., English, St. Andrews University, Laurinburg, NC
Year joined Dana Rader Golf School: 2015

Anna’s hospitality experience at The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra, FL, her work in business development, social media and website content management for two publications, and graduating as a two-sport scholar athlete, add up to make her a well rounded asset for our busy front office.

The Bissell Companies’ “franchise player” philosophy drew Anna to apply for the position at Dana Rader Golf School. She’s been ably assisting Elizabeth while learning resort-wide procedures as students come through to take advantage of golf schools, stay and play packages, camps, lessons and corporate clinics. Anna’s discipline earned her scholarships for Division II lacrosse and cross country, and she served as Captain for her cross country team during her senior year in college. She was also the editor of the literary magazine, “Gravity Hill.”

Following college, Anna coached a girl’s lacrosse team in Jacksonville, FL. Anna provided her high schoolers a positive atmosphere in which to learn and grow, and she instructed them one-on-one to perfect their techniques. As a volunteer leader for a youth group, Anna organized and led weekly group meetings. She’s looking forward to finding an organization in Charlotte where she can lend her time and coaching ability.

Anna relocated to Charlotte in the Fall of 2014. She’s excited to bring her love for serving and helping people and high level of customer service to the golf school. In her spare time, Anna enjoys running and practicing yoga.
